This year I have decided to focus my teaching inquiry on Creating meaningful follow up activities that impact learning.
I have chosen this as my focus as I want the activities that our learners complete in their independent time to support and reinforce the learning that is happening during group sessions.
I think it is important they learners are continuing to focus on skills and strategies that are introduced during group sessions during their independent follow up tasks rather than 'busy work'.
My main area of focus with be on literacy tasks, reading and writing.
